Patch Day has come and gone, as has Solclaim's live event. If you missed the fights, you didn't miss much. Himura, Ely, and I were there and most of the time we were 'fighting' was actually spent trying to break through the insane lag. It was nice to see so many people turning out to reach Bur, the homeworld of the Burun, the Sclavi, and the Moarsmen. Bur is now a permanent addition to the game - all you need to do is complete the "Tracking Asheron" quest from December and then enter the portal. When I have a free minute, I will update the quests accordingly and include the Bur content.
As I mentioned in my last update, I am now back in school. My workload this semester is light, but I do have two evening classes that will affect my early evening playtime. Should things change, I will be sure to let you know.

Happy New Year! I certainly hope yours has started better than mine.
Congratulations to everyone who participated in the Double Overtink. We did a lot of tinkering and had 100% success. Kickem is still currently under all 3 rare gems if you need further tinkering, but she doesn't have much time left on the weapon rare. If you still need something done, get in touch with me and I'll see what I can do for you.
Patch Day for January is slated for the 16th. If you haven't helped out in Frost Haven yet or you still haven't received the present you want, you have until the 12th before the invasions stop. Be sure to check out the forums for all the patch info as it becomes available. The Falatacot and the Tanada are no doubt gearing up for a big incursion soon!
On a personal note, I'm returning to school on the 15th. My schedule should be a cakewalk this semester, so it shouldn't affect my time in Dereth too much, but you never know.
