Patch Day has come and gone and the Viamontians have suffered their share of defeats this month. I've revised the quest section with all the new information. Some of the quests are up, some aren't. I'll get them up eventually! I've also updated my guide to include the new information about the Friends Tab.

Our first monarchy overtink session was a success! Kickem successfully landed over 150 tinks with no failures. Thanks to Death Count for the Weapon Tinkering rare. DC informs me he still has another armor, weapon, and magic item rare, so when there is enough demand, we'll hold another session. By then, I hope to have Kickem spec'd in both weapon and armor tinkering, so she should be able to do tinkers she couldn't do before.
Speaking of Augmentations, I'll be running an Augmentation trip this weekend (the 14th most likely) - check the site for details. I will also try to schedule a public quest or two on Saturday.
I haven't added many new quests recently, if you've noticed. Most of that is my fault but some of it is also because ACMaps hasn't added a new map in quite some time. That's a bit of a cop-out, but I like my guides to be thorough and that includes a map. Of course, there are a good number of quests I haven't done yet that do have maps available... I'll get to them all eventually.

Happy New Year!
You may have noticed a site outage on Tuesday the 3rd. For once, it wasn't my fault! The site's host was the target of a Denial of Service attack that caused the servers where the site is physically located to crash and stay down for about 6 hours. Everything is back up and running now and there was no information lost. As I had mentioned, the site's host is in the process of moving to a new datacenter that is designed to better withstand these kinds of attacks, so it is unlikely we'll see this kind of extended downtime again anytime soon.
We'll be holding an Armor and Weapon Overtink session Sunday the 8th at 5 PM ET. Check out the announcement on the boards for specifics and to find out how many tinkers you'll be able to add! The gems will only last 15 minutes each, so please be prepared ahead of time.
