Throne of Destiny has launched! Accordingly, I've updated a good deal of information in my guide. I'll also be adding ToD-only quests when my expansion pack arrives.

Quick update - this Saturday's quests are going to be BM 5 at 3 PM ET and Living Tome at 5 PM ET. Also, the site may experience some downtime due to maintenance being performed by my hosting company. It's unlikely that the site will be down at all, but if it does come down, it will be between midnight and 5 AM July 21-23. I will be backing up the site just in case! Read more about the potential downtime HERE.

The ToD preview is almost over, which means the expansion is right around the corner. As a reminder, release is scheduled for July 18th. If you don't buy the expansion the day it's released, you will need to download the new client from Turbine's site. Last time I checked, you will be able to use the ToD preview client, so if you've been playing the preview, you're set. Also bear in mind that the minimum specs to run AC will be increasing, regardless of whether you buy the expansion or not. Everyone will get the UI and graphical updates, even if you don't buy the expansion. Buying the expansion gives you access to the new islands, higher levels, and rare drops, so it should be worthwhile.
Good news for Paladins thinking about coming back - Turbine has announced that anyone who reactivates an account with the ToD expansion will get an extra free month in addition to the free month that comes with ToD. Of course, as it stands, those of us who have stuck with Turbine through the 6 months of no content will miss out. Typical.
I will be back this weekend for quests! I'm thinking about BM2, BM5, Living Tome, or SoLH. I'll pick two and set up a time Saturday.

The Throne of Destiny Preview is well underway. If you haven't looked yet, you can download it from Fileplanet. You do need to create an account to download it, but you don't need to pay them - just select the free version. The game is pretty buggy unfortunately, but the Turbine Vendors are selling level tokens up to 260 and all sorts of useful armor.
This weekend's quest is Chakron Flux, AKA Virindi Amulet. I haven't done this one in a while, but it's lots of fun. Try to make it if you can!
I will be away Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for the holiday - see everyone when I come back, if not before.
