Difficulty:  1+ through 140+
Level Restriction:  None to speak to the NPCs, 1+ to 140+ to fight the monsters

A horde of monsters plague the lands of Dereth!  Fortunately, a group of hunters have appeared to keep the monsters in check.  If you help them, they will reward you.

Before you head out into the field, find the appropriate hunter to start your quest!  After you greet the Hunter, your timer will start.  After you kill a monster of the right type, you will see a message telling you how many more you need to kill.  As soon as you have killed the requisite number, you will get a message telling you that you have succeeded.  Return for your reward!

*Note that several of these Hunters and their quarries are located in the Halaetans or other places that require ToD.  These are marked with an Asterisk!*

A couple of these tasks also have a small chance of granting an additional title or reward.  A rare reward for the Coral Golem task is the title "Reef Builder" and a Coral Shield (pink or blue).  The Umbral Rift kill task can also grant the title "Rift Shifter".

New in January 2009 is Rand the Game Hunter.  He lives in Holtburg and assigns a new set of kill tasks each month.  Kill 10 of each creature each day for an XP reward and an Adventurer's Token (if you are doing kill tasks that are level-appropriate for you!).  Turn in 10 tokens for a Mana Forge Key!
