Mi Krau-Li is a Sho master of that most obscure of melee weapons, the Jitte. The Jitte is a mace weapon that usually has lower max damage but better melee defense mods than a traditional bludgeoning mace. Mi Krau-Li made himself scarce after the Olthoi Queen fell and failed to notice that he died and became an undead. Fortunately, he would much rather repair Jittes than kill you.
Step 1: Preparation. If you intend to complete this entire quest and receive the strongest Jitte available, you will want to track down some items before you get started with the dungeon crawls. You will need to track down a Pyreal Bar (8 Motes from Golems) and a Dark Revenant Thighbone from Dark Revenants and stronger Undead. Aside from item collection, you will want to set up your portal route. A subway tie should be sufficient to get close enough to where you're going for the majority of the quest, but having quick access to Uziz would be convenient too. Bring along a bludgeoning weapon for skeletons.
Step 2: Catacombs of the Forgotten. When you are ready to start, head to Cragstone and find the Solstice Hill settlement portal. From there, it's a short run to the first dungeon, which is located at 17.3N 32.8E. You will be fighting low-level skeletons in here, so you shouldn't have any difficulty even at low levels. Pick a wall and hug it until, after quite some time, you find a curved section of wall - all the turns prior to this curved stretch will be sharp corners, so you shouldn't miss this one. Shortly after the curved wall you will come to a ramp leading down and to the south. Continue south through a large room, up a ramp, and into a second large room. If you have an interest in lore, there is a note from Mi Krau-Li inside a sarcophagus in this room. If not, take either of the two exits and make your way south as best you can. The final section is a series of intersecting corridors. Use [ and ] and you will find Mi Krau-Li's Jitte lying on the floor here. Grab it and you may leave.
Step 3: Krau-Li's Labyrinth. With your Jitte in hand, it's time to find Mi Krau-Li himself. He is a bit of a reclusive Undead and, as the name of his home implies, he lives in a maze. You will need to head for Khayyaban first, which you can reach through the Victory RQ portals in either Samsur or Lin (Samsur is on the Subway ring, so that should be easier). Then find the Sands-of-the-Skull settlement portal south of the portal drop in Khayyaban. From the settlement it's a short run to the dungeon, located at 35.2S 23.8E. Once you are inside you will have to figure out a lever puzzle. The portal will drop you in the middle of a large room. Head north and you will find a four-way intersection with the north path barred by a lever door. Your job is to open that door directly in front of you, but that will take some doing. First, turn left and then hug the right wall until you are facing north. Continue north as far as you can go and you will end up in a larger room. Scan with [ and ] for the first lever at the far end. Hit it and go back south as fast and as far as you can and you should pass through an open doorway. Continue past the door to the south and you should run into the next lever in short order. Hit it and return past the first lever door. Once you pass it, head east (and north when you can't go east any further). You will cross the first four-way intersection - continue on until you cannot go any farther to the east. Then hug the east wall until you pass through a second open door. Switch to hugging the left wall and you will find a small room with the third lever in it. Hit it and return the way you came (hugging the right wall now) until you pass through the second lever door. Now make your way south as best you can and you will find the third lever door open. Hug the right wall until you find yourself in a large room. The fourth and final lever should be right in front of you. Hit it and return back the way you came (hug the left wall) until you reach the four-way intersection. If you did everything correctly, the north door should now be open! Go inside. Hug the right wall and you will pass through several rooms before you find Mi Krau-Li. Hand him your Jitte and he will improve it for you. If you want to create the most powerful version of this Jitte, talk to Mi Krau-Li again and he will ask you those components I hope you gathered. Ultimately, Mi Krau-Li will ask you to track down Old Scratchy, a Reedshark. Unfortunately, you will not be able to take care of Old Scratchy first and save yourself a trip through the Labyrinth.
Step 4: Old Scratchy. Head to Uziz (Tou Tou and Lytelthorpe's Haven RQ will take you here) and run to 29.0S, 26.6E where you will find a hole in the ground. Prepare yourself to fight Reedsharks - buff a piercing or slashing weapon and if you are a lower level, buff against piercing and slashing damage. The cave itself is fairly easy to navigate, so you shouldn't have any trouble - just hug the left wall and keep going down. At the very bottom, you will find Old Scratchy the Reedshark. Kill him and grab a piece of cartilage from its corpse. Now head back through Krau-Li's Labyrinth and give Mi Krau-Li the cartilage. He will ask you to return his Improved Jitte once more so he can complete it for you.
Step 5: Rewards. Depending on how much work you did, you will now have Mi Krau-Li's Jitte, Mi Krau-Li's Improved Jitte, or Mi Krau-Li's Remastered Jitte. If you made the Remastered Jitte, Mi Krau Li will have rewarded you with a couple million XP for your time as well.
