Hea Tekapuapuh is insane!  He tried to bring an Olthoi to the Hea town of Ahurenga as a pet.  Oddly enough, the Hea weren't amused and drove him out.  If you help him feed his pet Olthoi, he'll reward you with his bow, a Panaq.

Step 1:  Hea Tekapuapuh.  Head to Ahurenga and then run to Tekapuapuh's home at 46.4N, 91.5W.  He will ask you to get some food for his pet Olthoi by going to his 'Secret Place', located at 46.3N, 82.1W.

Step 2:  Secret Putiputi Place (Part 1 and 2, Part 3, and Part 4).  Upon entering the dungeon, buff up to fight Olthoi.  The most dangerous Olthoi you will find are Soldiers, so you may not need to buff at all, depending on your level and class.  There are 4 parts to this dungeon, each of which has several Olthoi Cisterns and Glowing Pustules.  You will need to pull a piece of the Panaq out of a Cistern in the first 3 and then destroy a specific Pustule to summon a portal to get to the next dungeon.  The fourth dungeon does not have a Panaq piece - instead, you need to wash your hands in a specific Cistern so that Tekapuapuh's pet Olthoi.  You will also need to pick up an apple in the fourth section too.  In each section, you can simply use each cistern until you find the bow piece or you can refer to the map.  Same with the Glowing Pustules.  As soon as you have the 3 bow pieces and an apple, you can take the exit portal from the fourth dungeon and head back to Tekapuapuh.

Step 3:  Rewards.  Greet Hea Tekapuapuh again and he will ask for his Olthoi's food.  Give him the apple and he will ask you to feed it to his Olthoi, which you should do.  He will give you 25,000 XP for your trouble.  Now give him the Panaq pieces - he's a bit picky, so if he rejects a piece, try another.
