During Aerbax's insurrection, a Virindi prison appeared.  The Warden there was on the fence between the two Virindi camps.  Unfortunately, by revealing his location, the Warden was quickly destroyed by Isparians.

Step 1:  Preparation.  The prison, the Shallow Rift, is located near Rithwic at 8N 50.4E.  You cannot enter the dungeon unless you have been properly flagged.  The easiest way to flag yourself is to run to the dungeon and kill the Narrow Rifts that spawn by the portal.  After killing a few, you will receive a message telling you that you have been changed.  Rifts have a nasty habit of summoning monsters to defend themselves and they hit for the dreaded typeless damage.

Step 2:  Stable Rift.  The dungeon itself is pretty straightforward.  The only thing you'll really need to remember is NOT to jump down the hole.  It does lead to the end of the dungeon, but you will be trapped inside a cage!  Assuming you don't jump down,  you'll have to fight through a linear dungeon.  At the end is Dirrich the Warden, who drops the Shackles of Obedience.

Step 3:  Rewards.  The Shackles are an odd item.  You can't drop them, you can't give them, you can't even destroy them by giving them to the Town Crier!  The only way to destroy them is to use a Mana Stone on them.  They aren't a particularly useful item, but questing is fun for its own sake!
