This quest harkens back to a time ages ago when equipment with level V spells on it was considered very useful.  Soul Fearing wouldn't be worth doing anymore except that it is the only way to get the keys to complete the Focusing Stone quest.  The quest itself is intended for characters around level 15, but its location on the South Landbridge makes it very difficult for anyone below level 30 to make it to the dungeon successfully.

Step 1:  Three Towers.  There are several ways to get to the dungeon.  The fastest is probably to use the Lesser Direlands portal device until it sends you to the South Landbridge.  Alternatively, you can take the Landbridge Villas portal out of Qalabar.  Either way, you have a bit of a trek ahead of you.  In either case, head to a series of towers located at roughly 88S, 11W.  The only way in to the Soul Fearing Vestry is to hit a series of levers in these towers until a Lesser Acolyte spawns.  Upon his death, a portal into the dungeon itself will appear.  Your first step is to find a lone Lich near the east tower.  Kill him and the door to the east tower will open.  Climb to the top and hit the button there.  Now head to the north tower, where you will see an open door.  Head in and you will hit a trap that spawns several more undead.  Kill the lich and a the door to the south tower will open.  Head inside and you will hit another trap, spawning more liches and a Lesser Acolyte, who will spawn to the east of the south tower.  Gather your group and then kill the Acolyte, who will summon a portal.  Head inside immediately!

Step 2:  Zombies.  The majority of the monsters inside the dungeon are on trap spawns, but they are all very low level.  You will find yourself in the first of three sections of this dungeon.  From the drop, take a right and follow the corridor to a T intersection.  Both the paths are blocked by lever doors.  Leave your group at the left door and instruct them to block it for you when it opens.  Head back down the hall you just came down and take your second left, where you will find a lever.  Now return to the T intersection, where you'll find the right door is now open.  Head through, run to the end of the corridor, turn left and enter the large room at the end.  Inside is a smaller room, where you will find a lever.  Hit it and the door where you left the group will open.  Return to them as quickly as possible and then head down the ramp in the small room just past the lever door.  Follow the main corridor, ignoring the small rooms on either side, until you reach a large room at the end.  There you will find another Acolyte.  Kill him and he will summon a portal into the Skeleton section.

Step3:  Skeletons.  From the drop, turn left and head along the corridor until you reach a lever door.  Leave the group here and head back the way you came.  Take your first right and hug the right wall, crossing a bridge, to a small intersection.  You'll see a lever here, which you should pull.  Now run back to the group and head down the ramp.  At the bottom is a T intersection.  Turn right and you will come to a ledge.  Have your team jump down and head to the west.  There is a large ramp leading to a useable door.  Have them open it and follow the path to a lever door on the right.  You should tap jump across from the ledge into a small room with a lever in it.  Hit it, run west to the group, and go through the lever door.  You will come to another Y intersection.  Ignore the exit portal and head into the final room, where you will find yet another Acolyte.  Kill him and he'll summon a portal to the Lich section.

Step 4:  Liches.  From the drop, follow the corridor to a series of small square rooms.  Head to the northeast room where you will find a path.  The path will take you to a T intersection, where you should turn right.  The path will wind around until you reach a large rectangular room with two smaller rooms inside it.  The northern small room has a lever to open the lever door in the south room.  pass through the lever door and you will quickly reach the High Acolyte.  Each person will need to kill him and loot his skull and key.  The High Acolyte also spawns a portal when he dies, but stay in the last room until everyone has their rewards.  When everyone does have their rewards, take the portal to the reward room.

Step 5:  Rewards.  The High Acolyte's portal leads to a couple small rooms, in which you will find 4 chests.  Use your key (four uses) on one or all of the chests.  The loot just isn't what it used to be, so you might even consider skipping this part.  As for the skull, you have a couple choices.  You can turn it in for 50,000 XP to any Ivory Crafter or you can turn it in to Le-Ai Rae outside of the Mines of Despair for the keys to that dungeon and only 12,000 XP.
