The Lugians of Linvak Tukal have allied themselves with the Aun and Queen Elysa against the Renegade Gotroks, the Hea Tumeroks, and the Viamontians.  Unfortunately, the Tukal Lugians have been forced to fight off Gotrok Raiders attacking their mountain stronghold for years now and there is no end in sight...

*NOTE* - This quest has undergone many changes since its inception years ago.  If you knew how to do it back then, you'll find it much easier to run because the spawns of the bosses are no longer related to each other.  That means the fastest way to do this quest is to start at the camps and then go to Tukal.  Also, each of the crafted items (the sleeves, the spear, and the staff) now require the same skill to create them as to wield them, so you won't need another character to go along and craft for you.

Step 1:  Preparation.  This quest doesn't really lend itself to groups, as many of the boss monster spawns are long, but if you really want all the rewards, you will need to bring a small group, including an Axemaster, a Spearman, and someone with good Mana Conversion.  You will also want to make sure you have strong armor on, as you will be fighting a good number of Hollow-rock-throwing Raider Lugians.  Don't forget a lighting weapon too!

Step 2:  The Camps.  There are three Raider Camps in the Linvaks, each guarded by a Commander (Master of the Hunt at Camp 1) and a Lieutenant, as well as a small army of Gotrok Lugians and their Mattekar pets.  Buff accordingly - some Lugians will be hollow, but most are not.  You'll want physical and fire protects and banes and a lightning weapon.  The Lieutenant drops the crafted item, so you may or may not want to kill him.  The camps are located at:

Camp 1 - 80.6S 37.7E - Cloth of the Arm (Sleeves) and Sceptre of Might

Camp 2 - 87.1S, 27.0E - Sceptre of the Mind (Casting Staff) and Crest of Kings

Camp 3 - 67.9S, 32.8E - Spear of the Heart (Spear!) and Helm of the Crag

You can visit these camps in any order you want and if you don't want a particular reward, don't bother going to that camp.  When you have all the items you want, it's time to head to Tukal. 

Step 3:  Linvak Tukal Entryway.  Head to Yaraq and take the Linvak Tukal portal.  Then find the exit portal on the ground floor.  From that drop point, run to 76.6S 28E, where you will find the Entryway portal.  The dungeon is long but pretty linear.  Just keep going up ramps and you will ultimately come to a large room protected by several Extas Raiders and another Lugian Commander.  This one drops Lugian Armor, so be sure to check his corpse.  Just past the Commander is a portal back into Linvak Tukal.

Step 4:  Rewards.  You have a few choices to make when it comes to this quest's rewards.  The Lugian Armor, Lugian Sceptre, and Lugian Crest are all useable as you find them, but if you like, you may turn them in to Master Ulkas and he will change them into a more powerful (but slightly different) form.  The Pauldron isn't useable, however, so you need to exchange that one.  The craftable items all go to Aurutis, who will exchange them for the craftable version of the item.  Now you need to visit the 3 Gem Selling Lugians in Shoushi, Yaraq, and Holtburg.  Each Gem Seller sells a potion that can be used add magical properties to the item, but you will need to successfully pass a skill check.

The craftable versions of the items are not giveable, but once you successfully make the useable item, you will be able to give away the final product.
