Amexsos Doomsinger's Dirge

as sung by Amexsos Doomsinger at Story Night, 3/11/04

(Amexsos clears his throught and takes some Wolf sinew out of his pack.  He then wraps the sinew around the head of his maul and the bottom of the mauls heft making 4 seperate lines across the middle.)

(Amexsos takes a spike from his pack and puts it between the sinew on the back of the maul and begins to turn it, tightening the sinew.  he then whips the maul up putting the head into his elbow and the heft pointing away from him.)

(Clearing his throat, he starts.)

OOC: Follows the melody of "House of the Rising Sun".

There is a half-giant.  They call Amexsos Doomsinger,
And he's been ruin of many a poor lass, but it sure has been lot'sa fun.

My mother was a human, my father a full fledge giant.
M'Lord only knows how they did get along, in the house of that gnomish merchant.

(They were quite poor you see)

Now the only thing a giant needs, is a bath and a bunk.
Alas the poor gnome as he didn't have both and giant is all annoyed.

Now mother's tell your children, Not to annoy a true giant.
As the gnome will surely be telling them, about an annoyed giant.

(and it wouldn't be pretty, lemme tell you)
