Helian Rite of Passage

As with the Lunus Rite, you need to have 30 levels as an adventurer and 20 as a crafter to begin, as well as 250,000 hoard points.  You will need to be level 40 as an adventurer before you can fight the Crystalline Golem, and you will need 450 active spellcraft to make your prismatic focus later on.

0. - Speak with Karane the Historian (24381 22936)
0.1 - Investigate The Historian's Tale
0.1.1 Speak to other dragons (2 guards in Chiconis will be fine)
0.1.2 Speak to Valkoth in Dralk (22680 28926)
0.1.3 Speak to Semeneth in Chiconis (24493 22322)
0.1.4 Return to Karane the Historian(24381,22936)
0.1.5 Choose your path!  Speak to Semeneth back in Chiconis

1. - Acquire a crystalline vessel
1.1 - Speak to the Dragon Hermit in Dralk (21704 27814)
1.2 - Travel to the meteor crater in the center of the 3-city Island.  Defeat 5 Guardian of Faces (Lvl 45 Golems with 1900 Hp) and retrieve five Shards of Faces (27748 20621)
1.3 - Show the five shards to the Hermit back in Dralk (21704 27814).  He will cast a 30-minute countdown spell on you.  Run back to the crater.
1.4 - Defeat the Crystallized Golem (Lvl 50 Ice Disciple with 35882 Hp) and return to the hermit with the Crystallized Golem Fragments that will appear in your inventory (27661 20571). 

2. - Acquire a gold clasp infused with one's own body

2.1 - Acquire a Tapered Ruby by Defeating Storm's Shadow, a level 60 stormcaller-type werewolf with around 7000 health (around 23860, 19653, NE of South March)

2.2 - Acquire a Tapered Sapphire
2.2.1 - Acquire a box of thoughts but smaller still (shrunken head from a Pygmy west of Dralk)
2.2.2 - Acquire something that fills the veins from fangs and legs (spider venom from any type of Spider, all over Lesser Aradoth)
2.2.3 - Acquire the teeth that animate a metal form (pygmybot gear from an Automaton in Rachival)
2.2.4 - Acquire the slime of those who walk without legs (Wraiths - presently MIA)
2.2.5 - Speak to Lantenal

2.3 - Acquire a Tapered Emerald 
2.3.1 - Purchase the ring from Theed with 10 silver bars (23488 22112, S of Chiconis)
2.3.2 - Add the ring to your hoard then speak to Theed or return the ring to Kendra

2.4 - Speak to Semeneth
2.5 - Speak to Nezra of Draak and acquire an Etched Sapphire (30194 21756)

2.6 - Speak to Kalrenta of Draak and acquire an Etched Ruby (29704 21717)

2.6.1 - Defeat the Enslaver of Mind wandering around Draak (Lvl 50, 6000 Hp - same as the other Enslavers)
2.6.2 - Defeat the Enslaver of Will wandering around Draak
2.6.3 - Defeat the Enslaver of Spirit wandering around Draak
2.6.4 - Speak to Kalrenta, with the tapered ruby in your posesssion

2.7 - Speak to Mesetha, of Draak, and acquire an Etched Emerald (29791 21861)
2.8 - Speak to Semeneth about creating the clasp
2.9 - Create an Imbued Gold Clasp (Scalecraft 420 for Tine, Scalecraft 300 for Clasp, 6-18 gold golem frags depending on your skill)

3. - Infuse the vessel with one's own mind

3.1 - Gather a sample of Fresh water from below the ocean (28694 27470 in the Morning Light Mine)
3.2 - Gather a sample of lava from beneath a tower (20637 29590 in the Wizard Tower west of Dralk)
3.3 - Gather a sample of earth from the foot of an undead dragon (30395 21301 from a ghostly dragon in Draak)
3.4 - Gather a sample of wind from a desert oasis (23640 24363 in Tazoon's Oasis)
3.5 - Return and speak to Semeneth
3.6 - Defeat Kaa the Shade (19949 26833 in the Western Blighted Area)
3.7 - Speak to Semeneth about the prism
3.8 - Speak to Gangaf Tagley in Dalimond (22781 22807)
3.9 - Bring Gangaf five glass nodules (Buy them from the Consigner or dig them yourself)
3.10 - Speak to Gangaf again (wait 5 mins)
3.11 - Get further instruction from Semeneth
3.12 - Create a Prismatic Focus at Top of the Druid Tower (19478 26283, Spellcraft 450)
3.13 - Charge your Crystal Orb with your Prismatic Focus (use your Prismatic Focus)

4. - Create a Statue of your Adult self

4.1 - Acquire 10 Obsidian Bricks (can be bought)
4.2 - Acquire the eye of a ghostly dragon (30129 21231 all over Draak)
4.3 - Show the items to the Ancient dragon Valkoth (22680 28926 in Dralk)
4.4 - Craft an Obsidian Mirror
4.5 - Ask about the Peak of Storms
4.6 - Speak to the Hermit in Dralk (21704 27814)
4.7 - Speak to the Hermit again when you're prepared to visit the Pool of Teeth
4.8 - Travel to the Pool of Teeth, by a gate next to Hermit (14932 19625)
4.9 - Speak to the Hermit
4.10 - Visit Lantenal, Valkoth, or Semeneth with 30 granite bricks
4.11 - Create a self-portrait
4.12 - Return to the Hermit
4.13 - Fill the mold with lava from the Dralk shrine
4.14 - Cool the lava with water from the Chiconis Shrine

5. - Speak to Semeneth about creating your phylactery
6. - Create a phylactery embodying your spirit and self (Scalecraft 400)

7. - Create a Phylactery of Heavens

7.1 - Defeat Lem the Cold by using your Phylactery on him for an instant kill(29563,24343 in the Eastern Blighted Area)
7.2 - Speak to Semeneth
7.3 - Defeat Seliena the Brilliant with your phylactery, while holding 20 glowing essence orbs(19275 26157 South of Druid Tower)

8. - Speak to Semeneth
9. - Travel the path to the top of the Peak of Storms
9.1 - Speak to Lantenal the Hermit (21704,27814,Dralk)
9.2 - Speak to Hethsa the Patient (end of the path,Peak of Storm)
