* - Hiltable weapons can only be no-wield weapons of a specific type.  Dirks and longswords cannot be hilted.

** - Missile weapon damages are given in modifier.  315 and higher wield weapons have a modifier plus extra damage bonuses to a specific damage type.

*** - Magic casters with wield requirements have a percentage based damage bonus to a specific element.  The first value is the bonus against monsters and the second value is the bonus against monsters

Note that wield reqs up to 400 can generate attack and defense mods up to 15% (20% melee d for UAs and Jittes).  420 wield weapons can have bonuses up to 20% (25% for UAs and Jittes).
